What you will be doing
- Facilitate all scrum ceremonies effectively and efficiently.
- Coach and mentor other team members on Agile values and principles.
- Efficiently collaborate with all stake holders and updating the wider group with the team’s progress and dependencies.
- Work closely with product owner on backlog management.
- Ability to train program / project level trainings on Agile/Scrum.
- Working with offshore and distributed teams.
- Ensuring that all known impediments are cleared prior to the sprint beginning.
- Experience in tracking and reporting various Agile metrics.
- Should have experience in executing story point estimation, backlog refinement sessions and capacity planning sessions.
- Excellent communication skills with direct team members as well as external teams and stakeholders.
What you bring:
- 6+ years of industry experience.
- Strong familiarity and adherence to core Agile values and principles.
- Strong experience as Scrum Master (SAFe experience preferred)
- Experience of JIRA + Confluence/Rally (Rally experience would be an added advantage)
- CSM [Certified Scrum Master]/ Any Agile Certifications is strongly preferred.
- Expert with Agile and Scrum framework and its application in Product Development and delivery organization.
- Experience in looking on overall health of Scrum team within a train and taking proactive measures if any deviations from the plan.
- Experience of stakeholder management and release management activities.
