Senior Devops Engineer

Job Description:
1. Be prepared to work in a fast-paced, team environment, and will gain experience in various aspects of DevOps and engineering. You will be sitting with developers, ensuring systems being developed are scalable and reliable. And you own the innovation of new mechanisms that reduce the friction of getting software into production using cutting edge, continuous delivery and continuous deployment methodologies. 
2. This role requires you to be an excellent communicator, listener and a person who can break down and articulate complexities in a simple, concise, manner. The engineer will impact the organization by providing direct support with day-to-day infrastructure responsibilities, and should be able to help accelerate the technologies used at Philips. We are looking for sharp, passionate, and hardworking individuals who not only want to make an impact, but also grow their technical and leadership skills.

Key Skills: 
• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience focused on s DevOps, build, release and deployment
• Intermediate level coding skills in Python, Bash, or similar
• Experience working with building CICD pipelines, configuration management of C/C++/Java/Python coding languages
• Windows OS– Needs to have extensive knowledge, ideally with Windows server
• Familiarity with build tools, particularly GitHub actions
• Solid understanding of Docker and AWS and deployment into cloud environment
• Familiar with SonarQube/Fortify/Blackduck/CheckOV/GHAS/Nessus
• Understanding and experience with Build Repositories i.e. JFrog Artifactory
• Possession of a deep knowledge of developer workflows with Git and GitHub
• Experience documenting processes, procedures and best practices
• Experience migrating systems between various technologies.
• Familiarity with Virtualization technologies/environments
