About the Role

The primary purpose of the role is the development and maintenance of collaterals, including but not limited to website pages, email templates, and Adobe Target, within the Navitas’ digital marketing stack. The position also requires the development of front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator provides technical support ensuring that all work undertaken complies with industry standards and best practice.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development

• CMS development and configuration, e.g., module or plugin development
• HTML / CSS / JavaScript components and templates development
• Participate in new website projects.
• Updating existing websites
• Ensure quality by adhering to development standards.
• Test own work and other developers’ code as required.
• Optimize website performance.
• Create and update technical documentation.

Adobe Target

• Adobe Target development and configuration
• HTML / CSS / JavaScript components and templates development
• Maintain and optimise existing Adobe Target pages.
• Create and update technical documentation.

Email Templates and Landing Pages

• Email templates and landing pages development and configuration in Marketo.
• HTML / CSS / JavaScript components and templates development

Communication

• Liaising with business stakeholders, web team, and marketing to accurately implement requirements.
• Communicate changes and updates to Navitas staff as required.
• Analyse and document processes and workflows as required.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• Min 2 years of full-time professional experience in Adobe Target personalization
• Good understanding and experience of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Good Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience in creating pages in HTML by using HTML, CSS, and jQuery/JavaScript.
• Experience of creating landing pages and landing Pages Templates in high-end automation platform (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Experience of creating emails and email templates in high-end automation platform (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills - Written and Verbal.
• Experience of GIT
