We are currently seeking a Senior Engineering Specialist in CloudStreams team to drive our mission and objectives forward.
Drive our mission and objectives by leading the development of advanced Java applications, implementing scalable, high-performance software solutions.
Report to the Software Development Lead within our organization, contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies.
Collaborate closely with the Product Management and Quality Assurance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet customer requirements and company objectives.
This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology projects, contribute to the evolution of our enterprise-grade iPaaS platform, and be part of a dynamic and innovative team.
Essential Functions
Strong skills in Java and expertise in data structures, algorithms and OOPS.
Design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions, optimizing for efficiency and reliability.
Minimum Requirements:
Looking for a Java backend developer with an experience of 7 to 10 years.
Experience in databases like Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
Should have good communication skills, ability to understand business needs and must have sound analytical skills.
Strong proficiency in version control systems, such as Git.
Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Proactive in staying updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Write and maintain Unit and Integration tests to ensure the reliability of code.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and resolve bugs and issues.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Nice to Haves:
Experience in Docker and Kubernetes will be an added advantage.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Frontend technology knowledge will be beneficial.
Awareness of security concepts and practices is crucial to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the software developed.
Certifications in Java programming or related technologies.
