You will report to Senior Manager- FP&A. Zscaler is working on Hybrid work policy.

 

What you'll do:

• Provide and present meaningful and concise analysis, including variance analysis to senior management on financial issues.
• Projects to drive system efficiency and reporting improvements.\Lead the Corporate consolidation and analytical FP&A process.
• Collaborate with teams like Data engineering, Data Visualisation and Other Finance departments to improve the Finance Processes.
• Understand Big Data requirements in the organisation and work with Data Engineering to create Databases.
• Compare forecasts and budgets to actual financial performance and bring insights that helps the Senior Management.
• Perform Big Data Analytics using SQL and Advanced Excel and create dashboards in Tableau.
• Perform Month End activities and reporting requirements independently.
• Several ad-hoc analysis and process improvement projects to lead efficiency and scale.

Qualifications

• MBA with specialistion in Finance with 3 to 5 years of FP&A experience.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Adaptive insights, NetSuite, Tableau and Exactly.
• Visualisation tool, SQL & Advanced Excel/PPT skills
• A initiative taker who converts gaps into opportunities.
• Communicate with both business and technical teams
• Flexibility to work U.S. time during the pick days of the quarterly/monthly reporting process.
• You are a team-player as part of a team alongwith independent responsibilities.
