As the Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) Industrial Solutions (IS) Senior Cybersecurity Technical Program Manager, you will lead efforts to understand and translate IET - IS Business Segment’s business and customer requirements into Security roadmap, drive the planning and execution of security programs to achieve the outcomes. You will be responsible for IET-IS CordantTM product infrastructure platform overall security deliverables, through seamless collaboration and alignment with Baker Hughes CSRC team (Cybersecurity, Risk, and Compliance) to ensure appropriate cybersecurity controls are put in place following Baker Hughes CSRC policies, guidelines, and processes, and work closely with a broad set of stakeholders including CordantTM Infra & Architects, Enterprise Architects, various software application teams, data teams and operation teams etc. to drive security compliance in multiple security areas including Application security, Product security, Cloud security, Data security and Identity & management security etc. and best mitigate risk.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Being a focal point to own and responsible for IET-IS CordantTM product infrastructure and business enablement overall cybersecurity deliverables.
- Leading, working out and maintaining Security posture for IET-IS CordantTM product Infra platform, bring visibility of overall cybersecurity status, and identify improvement opportunities to transfer to programs and action plan to drive for closure.
- Being responsible for Product release & Customer contract Infrastructure deployment security - based on each release and specific customer requirements, work closely with Baker Hughes CSRC team, drive planning & execution of infra deployment security deliverables, covering Application security, Product security, Cloud security, Data security and Identity & management security etc.
- Being responsible for CordantTM product Infra platform as a product, product security features – under Baker Hughes CSRC guidelines, benchmark marketing good practice, translate product and customer security requirements into Infrastructure security roadmap, drive product security features build and deliverables from PM perspective, e.g. secret management, Azure Kubernetes Services compliance, Edge/Cloud to Cloud connectivity security etc.
- Being responsible for Non-compliance management and collaborate with different stakeholders to drive remediation plan
- Demonstrating strong project/program management skills including planning, execution, resources/stakeholder management, cost management, risk management etc., ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, within budget and well documented.
- Streamlining the security engagement processes/touchpoints for Industrial solution in collaboration with IET BISO organization.
- Partnering with CSRC and IET security team to drive cybersecurity review/assessment processes simplification to meet the speed of delivery target of CordantTM product deliverables
- Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques following Baker Hughes processes and practices
- Delivering regular project status updates to key internal and client project sponsors and stakeholders
- Demonstrating business acumen, driving continuous learning of latest industry trends in cybersecurity domain
- Demonstrating the understanding of Agile software development lifecycle and able to distinguish the core inputs and outputs in each cycle.
- Demonstrating an ability to influence stakeholders through credible knowledge and experience.
- Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leadership team.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience in project management with 5 years of experience into cyber security.
- Have good understanding of cybersecurity standards and best practices
- Have good understanding of cybersecurity risks, threats, and prevention measures.
- Have established project management and product management skills (Project management certification (PMP) through PMI or similar (PRINCE2), have demonstrated ability to lead complex programs / projects.
- Have good oral and written communication skills.
- Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Be self-driven and explore alternate technology and approaches to solve problems
- Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Able to work well with global teams, including time-zone flexibility.
