Senior PAM Vault SME

Self-motivated individual to assist in maintaining the Qualys Engineering R&D Lab in Pune, India. Individual will be responsible for the RD Lab virtualization infrastructure, as well as a wide variety of Hardware, Network infrastructure, Operating systems and Applications support.

Requirement is for a PAM Vault engineer:

• Must have : 5 years’ experience or more , as a PAM vault engineer
• Must have : 3 or more engagements with enterprise customers implementing the PAM vault , completing the low-level design and delivering the implementation, in each case
• CyberArk expertise
  • Must have : CyberArk self-hosted + CyberArk Privileged Cloud setup, access and onboarding secrets and development projects
  • Must have : Valid CyberArk certifications
    • CyberArk Defender : CAU201 + CAU310 + CyberArk Defender Access
    • CyberArk Sentry : CAU301 + CyberArk Sentry SECRET-SEN
  • Nice to have : CyberArk Guardian Certification CAU-501
  • Must have : Experience with obtaining third-party PSM connectors from CyberArk Marketplace and setting these up
  • Nice to have : Experience writing PSM connectors where they are needed (examples please)
  • Working relationships with CyberArk field technicians, so that technical roadblocks can be quickly overcome (you will be active with large customers and will be known to folk at CyberArk)
  • Knowledgeable regarding CyberArk client components, how to resolve/troubleshoot CyberArk client install issues to assist our customers where customer does not have CyberArk SME
• Beyondtrust expertise
  • Must have : Beyondtrust Powerbroker Password Safe on-prem + cloud-based … access and onboarding secrets and development projects
  • Must have : Valid Beyondtrust certifications
    • Beyondtrust Certified Implementation Engineer – Password Safe
    • Beyondtrust Certified Implementation Engineer – Remote Access
    • Beyondtrust Certified Implementation Engineer – Remote Support
    • Beyondtrust Certified Implementation Engineer – Privileged Management for Windows
    • Beyondtrust Certified Implementation Engineer – AD Bridge
    • Beyondtrust Certified Implementation Engineer – Privileged Management for UNIX and Linux
  • Nice to have: Beyondtrust Certified Sales Engineer certifications
  • Working relationships with Beyondtrust field technicians, so that technical roadblocks can be quickly overcome (you will be active with large customers and will be known to folk at Beyondtrust)
  • Knowledgeable regarding Beyondtrust client components, how to resolve/troubleshoot Beyondtrust client install issues to assist our customers where customer does not have Beyondtrust SME
• Delinea/Thycotic expertise
  • Must have : Delinea/Thycotic Secret Server SaaS setup, access and onboarding and development projects
  • Must have : Valid Delinea certifications
    • Delinea Associate : Secret Server, Privilege Manager, Server PAM
    • Delinea Engineer : Secret Server, Privilege Manager, Server PAM
  • Nice to have : Delinea Consultant (Secret Server)
  • Working relationships with Delinea field technicians, so that technical roadblocks can be quickly overcome (you will be active with large customers and will be known to folk at Delinea)
  • Knowledgeable regarding Delinea client components, how to resolve/troubleshoot Delinea client install issues to assist our customers where customer does not have Delinea SME
• Ability to become the PAM engineering/QA/RDLAB focal point for Qualys
• Ability to learn other PAM Vault solutions sufficiently well (E.g. Hitachi ID, Wallix WAB) to be able to support development, testing and setup of other PAM vaults, to support future Qualys integrations and projects.
• Ability to mentor others and provide cross-training to development teams when required
