This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Experience: 6+ yrs Location: Gurgaon Job Type: full-time This is not a conventional QA role limited to UI and API testing.
You will test AI-powered enterprise automation where the product must understand employee intent, retrieve the right knowledge, execute workflows, integrate with enterprise systems, respect access controls, and deliver reliable outcomes across multiple customer environments.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Solutions, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure that our AI Colleagues are accurate, safe, reliable, enterprise-ready, and launch-ready.
What You Will Own: Product and Functional Validation Enterprise Workflow and Integration Testing AI, LLM, and Agentic Behavior Testing Regression, Automation, and Release Quality Enterprise Readiness Must Have: 4–8 years of QA experience in enterprise SaaS/B2B products (ITSM, HRTech, FinTech, ERP, CRM, workflow automation, etc.
). Strong experience testing complex enterprise workflows and business processes.
Hands-on API testing experience using tools like Postman, REST Assured, Karate, or Playwright API.
Test automation experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, WebdriverIO, or similar frameworks.
Solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, databases, logs, queues, webhooks, and async processing.
Experience testing third-party integrations, including auth, data sync, error handling, API failures, and permissions.
Ability to create comprehensive test cases covering positive, negative, edge, role-based, and data-driven scenarios.
Strong debugging skills using logs, API responses, browser dev tools, database queries, and monitoring tools.
Product-focused mindset with the ability to validate business outcomes, not just technical functionality.
