This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 8+ years Location: Gurgaon JobType: full-time A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is required.
● At least 8 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated specifically to Service Cloud.
● Possession of Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I & II, and Administrator is highly preferred.
● Strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
● Extensive practical experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, particularly with Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect Center, is essential.
● Experience with Experience Cloud and AgentForce is considered advantageous.
● Proven expertise in Salesforce integration patterns, such as REST and SOAP APIs, data loaders, and third-party integration tools.
● Demonstrated capability to design and deploy complex Salesforce solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
● Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
● Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
● Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
