The role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical support services and the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing second line technical support for our customers relating to Diebold Nixdorf’s Point Of Sales (POS), Self-Checkout Retail software, Azure Cloud based solutions. The role will be reporting to the Team Lead/Support Manager of GC Mumbai location.
