As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining our water, wastewater, and waste gas treatment systems at client sites. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, client interaction, and project management skills to ensure that our systems operate efficiently and meet the project specifications.

• Install, configure, and set up water, wastewater, and waste gas treatment systems at client sites according to the project specifications.
  
• Perform routine health checks, troubleshoot, and repair components to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  
• Provide technical support to client engineers including training, resolving technical issues, answering queries, and offering system usage guidance.
  
• Conduct on-site visits and inspections to assess equipment performance, identify potential issues, and recommend solutions.
  
• Maintain accurate records of installation, commissioning, training, and handover, including equipment specifications, service logs, and client communications.
  
• Conduct field training sessions for client engineers on the operational do’s and don’ts of the systems.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams, including project engineers and management, to ensure smooth site activities.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client engineers, understanding their needs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Coordinate with site laborers and field manpower to ensure proper installation and commissioning activities.
  
• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations (HSE) as per company policy, follow best practices while working on site, and ensure the safety of oneself and others.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field).
  
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Site Engineer or similar role in the environmental engineering industry.
  
• Familiarity with water, wastewater, and waste gas treatment technologies.

• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
  
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  

• Willingness to travel extensively to client sites.
  
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  
• Certification in Health and Safety training preferred.
