Roles & Responsibilities:

Be part of the Bosch Digital Public Cloud Services team to deliver platform operations and service delivery tasks 

• Handle incidents and service requests related to public cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) 

  
  

• Handle IT Service Provider (ITSP) requests efficiently within defined SLAs 

  
  

• Perform annual metadata reviews 

  
  

• Provision, manage, and govern cloud subscriptions, accounts, and projects across platforms 

  
  

• Perform lifecycle management, including creation, modification, deletion, and decommissioning of cloud resources 

  
  

• Process and manage expiry date extensions for subscriptions, accounts, and projects 

  
  

• Prepare and deliver monthly reporting of service delivery KPIs 

  
  

• Generate monthly internal charging data for public cloud workloads 

  
  

• Support cloud cost optimization and security initiatives 

  
  

• Coordinate with cloud vendors and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and escalations

  
  

• Execute platform-specific operational reviews and governance tasks (Azure, AWS, GCP)

  
  

Educational qualification:

Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science

Experience:

2 - 3 years of experience in public cloud

Mandatory/requires Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and experience with ticketing & vendor case handling 

  
  

• Solid fundamentals in IT Infrastructure 

  
  

• Good understanding of cloud cost optimization and security 

  
  

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 

  
  

• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset 

  
  

• Structured and disciplined working approach

  
  

Preferred Skills:

Public Cloud Certifications (Azure / AWS / GCP)
