Project Role Description : Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and development of innovative solutions that address complex client challenges.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure solution feasibility and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing IT service management workflows and processes.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow ITSM with other enterprise systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing ServiceNow ITSM configurations to improve service delivery.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
