What you can expect
This individual serves as the lead advocate for customers. You will translate technical needs into product development recommendations, test customer environments and drive customer demand/features internally within Zoom. The SE must be able to understand and articulate Zoom's architectural advantages to our customers. You will support the Account Executive when it comes to proposing and designing solutions to our customers' biggest collaboration challenges.
About the Team
The Zoom Solutions Engineering team is a trusted advisor to our customers, playing an integral role in delivering happiness. We formulate and articulate technical solutions and the vision of how Zoom can create efficiencies. We are excellent presenters and can present topics clearly and succinctly to all levels of technical skill sets.
Responsibilities
Designing next generation communication solutions for Zoom customers
Conducting demo and proof of concepts for prospective Zoom customers
Architecting design and helping to close deals
Building market intelligence
Working Across multiple boundaries
Driving the Zoom vision
Having SaaS Collaboration sales experience i.e. web conferencing, cloud voice, UCaaS
What we’re looking for
10+ years of technical experience in Collaboration technologies
5+ years in a customer facing technical role required
Be able to build rapport by having business acumen and executive presence
Experience with SaaS collaboration; i.e. web conferencing, cloud voice, UcaaS
Have knowledge (in their area of specialization) including solution, technology and product offerings.
Experience in understanding traditional voice communications systems and applications
