As a Sr Advanced Software Engr here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing advanced software engineering support for various projects and initiatives. • Design, develop, and test software applications using industry best practices and coding standards
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and ensure the successful delivery of software solutions
• Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues to ensure the stability and performance of applications
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure the quality and maintainability of software code

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced software engineering or related roles
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Advanced degrees in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
• Experience with software development lifecycle and methodologies
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Experience with cloud computing and software architecture
