Job Description

Responsibilities 

• Serve as an SAP SuccessFactors reporting expert, with a focus on design, development, and optimization of reporting solutions. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements related to reporting and analytics. 

• Design and deliver custom and standard reports using SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools (e.g., Ad Hoc, Canvas/ORD, Advanced Reporting). 

• Ensure alignment of reporting deliverables with business processes, compliance requirements, and user expectations. 

• Identify reporting gaps and propose enhancements or workarounds as needed. 

• Provide post-deployment support, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with the functional and technical teams to resolve them. 

• Document technical specifications, report designs, test cases, and results. 

• Manage change requests and emergency fixes related to reporting with appropriate impact analysis. 

• Contribute to solution architecture and best practices in SuccessFactors reporting and data visualization. 

• Provide training and guidance to end users on report usage and self-service capabilities. 

• Support both new implementations and ongoing support engagements with expert reporting insight.
