Inviting applications for the role ofLeadConsultant –IT Service Management (ITSM)
We are seeking an experiencedLead Consultant – IT Service Management (ITSM)to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of IT service management processes across enterprise environments. The candidate will lead ITSM initiatives aligned withITIL best practices, ensure service excellence, and work closely with stakeholders to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and governance.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks aligned with ITIL standards.
Manage and optimize core processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Service Level Management.
Drive service transformation initiatives and continuous service improvement (CSI) programs.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for ITSM processes and governance.
Lead major incident management, escalation handling, and root cause analysis.
Oversee SLA management, service performance monitoring, and reporting.
Work closely with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Implement and manage ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management, or ManageEngine.
Develop and maintain servicecatalogs, knowledge management, and CMDB processes.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to service delivery and support teams.
Engage with business stakeholders and leadership to align IT services with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and operational standards.

MinimumQualifications/ Skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong understanding of ITIL v3 / ITIL 4 framework
