Roles and Responsibilities - Lean Six Sigma Facilitator

• Responsible for continuously driving a culture of excellence in the organization.

  
  

• Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process

  
  

improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at

reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process.

• New process improvements in bottleneck areas to reduce cycle time, increase

  
  

productivity and reduce defects.

• Giving presentation to manufacturing Shops /Planning Department for gathering

  
  

project requirements.

• To Accelerate Proliferation of lean culture throughout the organization by co

  
  

leading and facilitating lean deployment.

• Ensuring continuous improvement in product quality to enhance customer

  
  

satisfaction and increase the production performance.

• Daily review meeting to be conducted, debug WIP, scrap and summary of the KPI

  
  

score card should be used to drive for improvements.

• Executing cost saving techniques to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures

  
  

within the budget and reduction of in process rejection using Lean tools.

• Analyzing production performance with respect to customer delivery index and

  
  

planned efficiency.

• Perform assessment of LMT Operations/supply Chain/Office and drive initiatives

  
  

to close gaps.

• Create and validate processes/standards based on standard work and BPs

  
  

• ISO 14001:2004 standards by maintenance of requisite documentation.
