The ESS Total rewards team is responsible for designing, implementing, and administering compensation, rewards and recognition and Benefits programs for India and Poland.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

·Participate in compensation surveys and analyze results.
·Can administer Reward & Recognition portal.
·Workforce query handling for short-term, and long-term incentive plans/ Shareholding Plans, as needed.
·Can manage contracting for Compensation-related services.
·Fair understanding of current employment/ statuary regulations.
·Hands-on experience with quantitative research.
·Partners with external brokers to address benefit-related issues.
·Respond to workforce benefits-related questions/issues.
·Participate in the Benefit survey and analyze results.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Required Skills and Abilities:   

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant years of experience with compensation and benefits.
• Familiarity with compensation survey methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  
  

Desired Skills and Abilities:

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive compensation information.
  
• Must possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience working in a matrix environment preferred.
