Reports To: Manager – India Service Operation


Job Description


This position is primarily responsible for leading & driving the service operations & customer service to support field service teams thereby ensuring enhanced customer experience.


About Team:


Role & Responsibilities 


Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of Spare quotations against FSE requests, customer requests or tender / RFQ request.
  • To work closely with service team, SCM and other service coordinators for execution of spare part orders on time
  • Handling various customer requirements related to orders, quote, payment term, Order modification etc.,  
  • Ensure Customer Data in SAP and other references or systems is always up to date and

              Accurate


  • To ensure that all the spare part requests are completed same day and maintain the trunk stock inventory within AOP
  • Coordinating with internal customers, arranging quotes, negotiation, Vendor Registration, placing orders, follow up on deliverables, Supplier relationship & ensuring timely delivery of materials, invoice resolution for goods receipt & payment resolution support.
  • Maintaining Trunk stock (FSE orders),  Spare part revenue, Deferred Revenue and Depo Repair in coordination with the Field service, Supply chain and Internal team.
  • Good negotiating and coordinating skills helps in meeting the targets and deadlines.

Candidate Requirement:


Education & Experience levels: Any Graduate with 2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar field


Nature of experience: Service coordinator having exposure to Analytical instruments, Diagnostics instruments etc. and catering to customers like Pharma, Applied, Diagnostics etc.


Skills: Computer proficiency, MS office, SAP, CRM, Good communication skill
