Sr Solutions Analyst (Scrum Master)

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

• Minimum 5 years of experience, as a Scrum Master. 

  
  

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, with exposure to Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments a plus. 

  
  

• Working knowledge in any ERP systems (Oracle EBS, NetSuite) etc and related project coordination. 

  
  

• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for sprint management and reporting. 

  
  

• Proven ability to drive Agile adoption and team performance improvement. 

  
  

• Experience working on integration, API-led, or middleware projects. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.  

  
  

It would be great if you also had

• Certification in Scrum Master (CSM / PSM I or II) .

What will you do in this role?

•  Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies — Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

  
  

• Coach teams on Agile principles to improve delivery efficiency, collaboration, and process maturity.

  
  

• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs while tracking sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity).

  
  

• Coordinate with integration and middleware teams to align dependencies and deliverables with sprint and release goals.

  
  

• Ensure transparency and stakeholder alignment through effective communication, risk management, and reporting via Jira and Confluence.
