Job Description

consultant – Reporting - SSRS, Power BI, DOMO 

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and architecture of enterprise reporting applications and dashboards using SSRS, DOMO and Power BI. You will ensure high-quality code, write and execute unit test cases, and provide test coverage reports. A good understanding of Generative AI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into functional specifications for reports and dashboards.

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards, KPIs using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

• Create parameterized reports and subscriptions using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

• Work on T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for data extraction and manipulation.

• Guide and mentor the development team, ensuring best coding and design practices.

• Power Query, DAX, and MDX for data transformation and modeling

• Work with cross-functional teams, including DevOps and QA, to integrate CI/CD pipelines.

• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and cloud services (Azure).

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• BE/B Tech/MCA or equivalent degree.

• Strong experience in SSRS and Power BI.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Hands-on experience with SSRS, Power BI, reporting and business dashboards.

• Proven experience in BI development, data analysis, and reporting.

• Hands on experience with SSIS.

• Strong expertise in SQL Server, SSRS, Power BI , T-SQL, DAX, Power Query.

• Solid understanding of relational database architecture.

• Excellent communication, analytical skills

• Exposure to Generative AI is a plus.
