Background in developing ERP software products along with solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure.
Excellent communication skills for proposing and reviewing engineering designs.
Proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects (from zero to one) with clearly defined impact metrics.
Ability to clarify ambiguous problem statements and break down multi-quarter projects into phased launches.
Experience in creating systems that serve at least 100,000 users.
Experience developing microservices capable of handling over 100 queries per second in production environments.
Minimum of 3 years experience leading or mentoring senior developers.
Experience with ReactJS is a plus.
Experience in enterprise SaaS environments is a plus.
Demonstrated expertise leveraging AI tools and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, with a history of building AI agents or applying AI technologies in engineering projects is advantageous.

Develop prototypes, set up infrastructure, and establish frameworks for future development in a hands-on capacity.

Enhance the software development lifecycle (SDLC) process through technical contributions.
Analyze product requirements to define non-functional requirements and propose both short-term and long-term solutions with high-level estimates.
