Technical Business Analyst – JavaScript & Middleware Integration Mohali (Work from Office) Monday – Friday | 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST US Residential Solar Domain About the Role We are looking for a highly analytical and technically sound Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
The role involves requirement gathering, workflow analysis, system coordination, and supporting technical delivery across CRM, middleware, APIs, and web applications.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in JavaScript, Middleware Integration Layer, APIs, system workflows, and business-to-technology translation.
Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business & technical requirements Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories Work closely with engineering teams during development and delivery cycles Analyze workflows across CRM systems, middleware, APIs, and web applications Identify system dependencies, technical impacts, and integration risks Support sprint planning, requirement clarification, and prioritization Coordinate with US stakeholders and internal leadership teams Maintain alignment between business requirements and technical feasibility Mandatory Skills Strong experience in JavaScript Hands-on understanding of Middleware Integration Layer Experience with APIs, system integrations, and workflow analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working with engineering/product teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, or similar CRM/ERP platforms Exposure to cloud or serverless environments Experience working with international stakeholders Prior exposure to Solar, FinTech, Logistics, or Field Operations domains ● 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst role ● Experience working closely with engineering teams on software products ● Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data models, and system workflows (conceptual, not coding) ● Ability to reason about technical impact without being a developer ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments ● Java Script and Middleware Integration Layer.
