Technical Supply Engineer

Your responsibilities:

• Execute Development of components /parts (localization) used for manufacturing the product by following the steered process of Component Development
• Expertise in reading and understanding the requirements of components / drawings provided by the customer for localization.
• Knowledge of Casting / Machining / fabrication / hardware process
• Knowledge of MM (Material Master Module), DMS module of SAP to resolve issues of material master for the complete organization.
• Timely tracking and coordinate for localization projects with suppliers and respective internal / external customer until the part is released for serial production.
• Conducting onboarding activities for new supplier registration
• Conduct feasibility study for new parts during localization with suppliers
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D Modeling software’s namely AutoCAD, Solid works Catia will be an added advantage.
• Review and verify the PPAP documents from suppliers during the development period.
• Seek CAPA from suppliers for observed deviations once after the completion of Supplier quality / incoming inspection.
• Should have hands on experience of operating Auto Cad/Solid Works/CATIA etc.

Your background:

• Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / Metallurgist
• Experience: 5 to 8 years
• Good Communication skill should be able to communicate fluently with global team.
• Proficient in MS Excel, word, Power point etc.
• Should be ready for frequent travelling (app. 30 %)
