Project Role : Technology Architect
Project Role Description : Leads the execution of architecture assessments for all relevant aspects (ex., infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process). Defines the assessment scope and gains client agreement. Leads and describes the discovery assessment and provides the recommendation to address weaknesses and opportunities.

Summary: AI Powered Tech Talent. Lead / Senior Specialist for Oracle Oracle Engagement Cloud - Service with AI-first mindset to accelerate business outcomes by enabling embedded Oracle AI Ready in day-to-day workflows.
Key responsibilities:
- Enable and operationalize embedded Oracle AI capabilities relevant to Oracle Engagement Cloud - Service workflows (configuration, security, role controls, and adoption).
- Run use-case discovery workshops and map business pain points to Oracle product AI features define value KPIs and adoption metrics.
- Implement Oracle AI governance inside the application: access controls, auditability, human-in-the-loop approvals, and responsible-use guardrails.
- Extend Oracle screens/processes safely using supported extensions/APIs so AI outputs land in the right workflow state (no breaking compliance).
- Deliver rollout playbooks: pilot phased deployment training and hyper care, with measurable productivity / cycle-time improvements.
Professional & Technical skills:
- Deep hands-on with Oracle Engagement Cloud - Service
- Oracle security/roles and workflow states configuration and feature enablement
- Integration basics (APIs, events, OIC where applicable) and testing mindset
- Prompt/template assets where supported telemetry, audit logs, and KPI tracking
