We are looking for a Test Architect You’ll make a difference by: We are seeking a seasoned Test Architect with over 13 years of experience to lead the design and implementation of robust testing strategies across complex systems. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on leadership in test planning, automation, and architecture evolution. Key Responsibilities: Test Strategy & Planning Define and drive comprehensive test plans and strategies across unit, integration, system, and acceptance levels. Align testing approaches with business goals and product roadmaps. Test Architecture & Infrastructure Design scalable and maintainable test architectures. Continuously evolve testing infrastructure to support growing product complexity and performance needs. Hands on with Hardware testing. Experience in embedded test. Automation Leadership Develop and implement test automation strategies using industry-standard tools and frameworks. Provide hands-on support in scripting and automation execution. Basic knowledge and experience in leveraging AI tools. System Testability & Quality Assurance Ensure systems under test (SUT) are testable, including non-functional aspects such as scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with development teams to embed quality early in the lifecycle. Tooling & Frameworks Select, integrate, and optimize testing tools and frameworks to enhance coverage and efficiency. Promote best practices in test automation and continuous validation. Technical Expertise Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Linux-based applications . Basic C++ experience necessary. Desired Skills: 13+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering, at least 3 years as Architect Proven track record in test architecture and automation leadership. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with scripting languages and automation tools. Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams in testing best practices. Great Communication skills.
