As a University Recruitment Intern, you will demonstrate your ability to get creative and innovative in finding extraordinary junior talent through unconventional means. You will play an integral role in partnering closely with the business and talent team to identify, attract, assess and hire exceptional people for highly competitive junior roles at CrowdStrike. This position would be a great opportunity to begin a career in recruiting.

What You'll Do:
Research university campus strategies for APAC and EMEA
Provide support with planning our 2024 Summer Internship Program experience in EMEA and our 2025 Emerging Talent intake in Australia
Support Social media content and campaign creation and execution during Summer Intern Program
Provide planning and logistical support for recruiting events such as career fairs, info sessions, onsite interviews, club events, tech talks, in office tours and events, hackathons, sponsorships etc.
Collaborate with the UR team with building a strong and diverse candidate pool and coming up with innovate recruiting event ideas to attract qualified applicants.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity through exceptional written and verbal communication.
Identify and assess a strong and diverse candidate pool.
Liaise closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements of position and function.
Gain valuable training and insights into a high performing, fast paced, global talent acquisition team at a growing organisation.
What You'll Need:
Currently residing and enrolled at a tertiary education institution in Pune (Essential)
Graduating from a Bachelor or Post-graduate degree IN OR AFTER 2026 (Essential)
Working towards a degree in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Social Sciences, Marketing, Data Analytics or related field.
Proficient in a Mac environment (Good to have), MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (essential)
Experience with or interest in creative writing, marketing content creation, and diversity & inclusion efforts.
Experience in recruitment, customer service or other related stakeholder management role
Project management skills, strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tracks of work
Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and the ability to work with multiple departments to bring inputs together to complete tasks
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Experience analysing data and metrics to develop insights and storytelling of campaign results
