Your role:
DevSecOps team is responsible for running and maintaining IT applications for business and markets in Philips. Applications ranging from internally developed software to standard software by software vendors to PAAS and SAAS solutions by the leading suppliers and all elements to run and maintain these applications to help Philips achieve its business goals. AMS team works together with a variety of stakeholders to operate the landscape to a high standard.
Within this role, you will be responsible in collaborate with Business, IT Business Partners, Architects and Tech Leads to elaborate on the requirements and provide IT solutions for HR Learning business. Recognized SME in Learning domain and technologies, but could be extended to related areas, has clear understanding of future technology trends. An individual who is an expert in detailed technical design, compliance, quality assurance and driving improvements across standards, guidelines & process
Key Responsibilities
Early involvement in solution design and estimations.
Analyze main business processes and requirements and translate into IT solutions.
Responsible to maximize the use and acceptance of standard/catalogue based solutions to support business needs driving industry best practices processes.
Responsible to maintain product backlog with user stories to cover development effort for the upcoming sprints.
Develop user stories/ wireframes (both functional and system operational requirements) and work with client on elaboration and ambiguity resolution.
Execute ongoing validation of deliverables against requirements.
Flexibly respond to shifting business needs and priorities.
Prior to UAT validates that solution meets business requirements.
Train key users and ensure availability of training and support materials.
You're the right fit if:
5 years of experience in various eLearning environments.
3 years of project experience in the areas of Cornerstone on Demand, Assima, Learning experience platforms(LXP) and any certification is a plus.
Experience with executing system validation processes that include IQ/OQ/PQ scripts creations, reviews and execution
Experience in executing product release activities that include release assessment, testing, documenting, executing and post release activities
Functional and technical experience with business analysis, requirements gathering abilities and documentation.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and ability to understand and complete delegated tasks.
Self-motivated, innovative person with analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas.
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
Working with an E2E responsibility mindset.
Candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong written and verbal communication skills
