The Business Development Associate is responsible for bringing the best restaurant and store partners to Toters. Responsibilities: Acquisition of top restaurant and local store partners to our platform Seek out the appropriate contact persons to engage with Generate leads and call prospective partners Meet with partners face to face or over the phone Understand the needs of our partners and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them Train new members of your team on the process of work On-boarding to the Toters platform Managing existing accounts Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills Graduate/entry-level role suitable for young professionals looking to work in a fast-paced, high-growth company Demonstrated strong organizational skills Great interpersonal skills Strong communication (written and oral) Fluent Arabic and English Location Mosul Minimum Experience Mid-level
