Bank of Jordan is seeking a talented and experienced Branding Officer to join our team. As a Branding Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective branding strategies to enhance the bank's brand image and awareness. As a Branding Officer, you will play a crucial role in shaping and promoting the bank's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and driving brand loyalty among customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies and guidelines to enhance the bank's brand image and awareness. Manage and oversee all aspects of the bank's brand identity, including the logo, color scheme, typography, and visual elements. Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all communication channels and marketing materials. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand alignment and adherence to brand guidelines. Create and manage brand campaigns and initiatives to promote the bank's products, services, and values. Monitor and analyze brand performance, market trends, and customer perception to identify opportunities for improvement. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure the timely and accurate execution of branding activities. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the bank's brand remains relevant and competitive.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial industry. Strong understanding of branding principles, strategies, and best practices. Excellent creative and design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate brand messages to various stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret data and insights. Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.* Passion for branding, marketing, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
