We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Consultant to join our partner company's team in Amman, Jordan. The ideal candidate will have 5-9 years of relevant experience, with core competencies in Accounting, Audit, and Investigation. Additionally, proficiency in report writing is essential for this role.


Responsibilities:


  1. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including but not limited to financial statement review, trend analysis, and variance analysis.
  2. Provide expert advice and guidance on financial matters to clients, offering insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and mitigate risks.
  3. Perform detailed audits of financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  4. Conduct investigations into financial irregularities, fraud, and other financial misconduct, employing forensic accounting techniques when necessary.
  5. Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations, tailored to the specific needs of clients.
  6. Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to develop and implement effective financial strategies and solutions.
  7. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial consultancy, and integrate relevant insights into client engagements.
  8. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth.

Requirements:


  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or relevant professional certification preferred.
  2. 5-9 years of experience in financial consultancy, accounting, audit, or related field.
  3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
  4. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  6. Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial consultancy services to clients.
  7. Advanced proficiency in report writing, with the ability to articulate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
  8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple engagements simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistently.
  9. Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all aspects of work.
