Inventory Controller

Time Type: Full Time

• Ensures accurate inventory records are maintained, including item inventory, bin locations, quantity at each level, quantity per each pallet and expiration dates.
• Conducts regular spot-checks of inventory levels and reports findings to the shift in charge/manager
• Maintains property security, including coordination with local authorities, to ensure safety, protect company assets, and comply with company policies
• Performs both planned and unplanned cycle counts, ensures inventory integrity
• Perform both inbound and outbound goods physical check Quality and Quantity .
• Investigates irregularities or record errors, investigates part histories to identify specification issues, unaccounted items, or possible theft
• Supports WH Managers, Auditors, inventory Team Leaders on source changes associated with inventory counts
• Performs end of obsolescence counts (supplier over-shipments, disposal of physical inventory etc.)
• Monitor the quality of operational activities according to procedures approved by top management report cases of nonconformity and follow corrective actions with the relevant department.
• Commitment to safety and environmental requirements and reporting any unsafe act or unsafe condition
