Role Description

As an Operations and Sales Manager at Bash Services, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and driving sales growth for our facility management services. This is a full-time role based in Amman. You will be leading a team of professionals and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects and achieve sales targets.

 

The company currently is in a need of Operations & Sales Manager to coordinate and manage business operations as follows:

  • Responsible to entirely manage and improve the overall sales departmental performance in pest control services and products for both Individual and commercial markets, this will include planning, organizing, leading and controlling.
  • Responsible to entirely manage and improve work operations in pest control service and products and have full control/visibility of the administrative side (filing, invoicing, reporting, stock management). this will include planning, organizing, leading and controlling.
  • The candidate in this job offer is subject to prepare a clear plan including the above two points and its application in the first 60 to 70 days.


General Responsibilities

  • Delivery of the operational and sales plan for Pest Control Service and products.
  • Developing, leading, and managing operations, service support and sale team.
  • Managing the budget and operational KPIs.
  • Proactively manage service delivery to consistently meet customer contractual expectations to positively impact client retention and growth.
  • Assist in maintaining an organized and comprehensive CRM, accounting, operational system/software and actively match it with ISO9001.
  • Full responsibility of ISO9001 system audit ad QA planning and application.
  • Assist in maintaining an organized and comprehensive filing system with documentation of client's schedules, reports, and billing.
  • Maintaining adequate supplies at all accounts and control over equipment, monitor "Broken Items" procedures, and ensure that there is no missing in equipment, in regular basis.
  • Asset and maintenance management responsibilities.
  • Staff hiring and firing, training, performance evaluation in addition to their attendance, or any other related concerns HR management.
  • Site visits for operational and sales meetings.
  • Candidate must report to the General manager with an agreed reporting schedule.

Qualifications

  • 8 years experience in operations management and sales at cleaning or pest control companies
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture
