Job Description:
To drive the QA programs from GSO by collaborating with network teams to support them in data management, documentation and system establishment of:
Quality Management Documentation System Quality Management – ISO & External Certification Capability building program
Assist in preparation of Internal Quality Audit plans and follow up on progress of implementation Maintain standard documentation practices for all policies, procedures & forms Coordinate with other functions/stakeholders for any updates on QMS documents Coordinate with external certification providers on audit schedules and on preparation of stations Provide ongoing support to project teams and update the progress of projects
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (preferred) Lean & Six Sigma certification (preferred) Highly motivated and eager to learn new skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be open to travel 20% of the time as per project needs in other regions Experience in preparing and presenting updates to an audience of senior executives Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office; Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Proficient in the use of SmartSheets and BI tools
