As a Regional Controller at ZenHR, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company and establishing the required internal controls that ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulations

The Job – Regional Controller


What you'll be doing:


●    Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the financial performance of the company.


●     Implement and/or create fundamental accounting policies and procedures, and ensure International Accounting Standards best practices.


  •         Manage day-to-day accounting and cash flow maintenance (including accounts receivable and collections, accounts payables, and recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.

●       Developing the annual budgets that correspond to the firm’s strategic goals. Compare actual results to the developed budget.


●       Conduct variance analysis by identifying the causes and suggesting appropriate actions.


●       Data analysis, planning and strategizing, and advising senior managers and top executives


●       Investigate ways to improve profitability and analyze markets for business opportunities.


●       Review and supervise the procurement process and purchasing decisions.


●       Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures.


Who you are:


  • BA/BS in accounting
  • MBA/ CPA /CMA qualifications are preferred
  • 8 – 12 years of experience in a similar management role
  • SaaS experience is a plus
