Talent Acquisition Lead

As the Talent Acquisition Lead at Tamatem: you will take on a pivotal role in managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to assessing, interviewing, and hiring exceptional talent. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will determine departmental hiring needs, create comprehensive job descriptions, and establish qualification and requirement criteria for all positions.

You will:

• Collaborate extensively with hiring managers to identify and understand departmental hiring requirements.
• Gain a deep understanding of business functions and the responsibilities associated with various roles.
• Craft detailed job descriptions and define qualifications and requirements for each position.
• Utilize a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, social media platforms, company databases, alumni groups, and career fairs, to source and attract qualified candidates.
• Facilitate communication with candidates, arrange interviews, and administer pre-employment testing as needed.
• Conduct thorough behavioral interviews across all functions and assess candidates accordingly.
• Provide regular updates to management and hiring managers regarding candidate status.
• Establish and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future and ad-hoc positions.
• Negotiate competitive offers and compensation packages with candidates.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.
