Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer located in Kuwait City. Candidate must be able to join immediately.

The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR management, managing employee relations, payroll , ESB & attendance management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
• Strong skills in employee relations and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
