The role in brief: You'll be responsible to help support your employer's computer systems by installing, designing and protecting them.
This includes working on local area networks, network segments, Internet systems and wide area networks.
Your responsibilities: Implementation, and the high level of performance tuning and recovery procedures for mission critical enterprise systems.
Serves as a technical expert in the area of system administration for complex operating systems.
Investigates and analyzes feasibility of system requirements and develops system specifications.
Identifies methods, solutions.
Installation, configuration and upgrading of servers and related hardware and software in a LAN, WAN and stand-alone environment.
Investigation, diagnostic testing, troubleshooting and repair/resolution of system, hardware, software and infrastructure.
Your Qualification: Minimum 4 to 6 Years of Experience in a similar environment Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Computer Application MCSE/MCSA certification and application-level certification related to Exchange, Storage will be an added advantage.
Should be fluent in English, Arabic is an added advantage Must have good communication skill both verbal & oral and self-starter Your Proficiencies Knowledge in network hardware infrastructure, diagnosis, and troubleshooting abilities.
Fluent in English; Arabic would be an added advantage.
Capacity to deal with complex problems with ability to demonstrate good judgment and decision making.
Good communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment, motivated and team player & team management, business & organization understanding.
Organized, highly motivated, goal-oriented.
Adaptive to sudden schedule changes Able to work well within teams
