Branch Manager

Our client, is a leading manufacturing and food distribution company dedicated to creating delicious and high-quality confectionery products, is looking for a Branch Manager in Akkar, Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in management, and the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to ensure high performance.
• Oversee daily branch operations for efficiency and compliance.
• Manage branch budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for branch growth.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of branch management experience in F&B.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing financials.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
