Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Cluster IT Manager to oversee the IT operations for multiple properties within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the IT infrastructure, systems, and services across different locations.
Job Responsibility:
1. Develop and implement IT strategies to support the business objectives of each property within the cluster.
2. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
3. Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies and procedures.
4. Manage IT budgets and procurement processes for the cluster.
5. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain IT services.
6. Provide technical support and training to staff members at various properties.
7. Stay updated on new technologies and recommend upgrades or enhancements as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, preferably in a multi-property environment.
3. Strong knowledge of networking, systems administration, and cybersecurity.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP) will be a plus.
