About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will own the customer relationship during the implementation phase, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and a successful transition into our platform.
This position will be instrumental in supporting customer software migrations and the onboarding of new customers, ensuring implementations are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
You will be responsible for assisting with contract creation, customizing agreements, managing technical integrations, and resolving implementation-related challenges, while maintaining a strong focus on service quality throughout the process.
1–3 years of experience in a technical, data-focused, or implementation-related role (or equivalent internship/academic experience) Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Comfort working with databases, including writing and executing SQL queries Experience working with structured data formats (CSV, Excel, JSON, etc.
) Ability to follow and improve repeatable processes with consistency Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate data issues independently Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects and tasks simultaneously
