Unique among universities in Lebanon, USEK was the first university to be established by Lebanese citizens, this case by the Lebanese Maronite Order (OLM) monks, who have been placing their values in education since the 17th century. Job Description
  • Implements social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
  • Provides engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.
  • Responds to comments and queries in a timely manner.
  • Monitors and reports on feedback and online reviews.
  • Organizes and participates in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
  • Coordinates with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Builds relationships with stakeholders, potential customers, and industry professionals.

Qualifications
  • BS degree in Marketing, New Media, or any related field.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in technical and tactical activities, and a thorough understanding of the strategy behind them.
  • Readiness to participate in professional development opportunities.
  • Excellent communications skills (oral and written), especially in English.
  • Online platforms skills.
  • Outstanding time management ability.
  • Ability to work under stress.
  •  Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.

Additional Information

The Social Media Coordinator assists the Social Media Manager and is responsible for collaborating with other marketing and sales professionals to develop successful social media campaigns on behalf of the University. The incumbent communicates daily about content creation, overseeing campaign schedules that determine success or failure by pulling key performance indicators.
