Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and internal HR processes.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and team-building activities.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist with performance review processes and employee feedback initiatives.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and help foster a positive and collaborative company culture.
- Track recruitment and HR metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
- Support various People Operations projects as the company continues to grow.
- Develop and support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to showcase company culture, values, and employee experience across recruitment channels.
- Create and maintain engaging candidate-facing content, including job descriptions, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding materials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, Human Resources, People Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes across different types of roles.
- Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills.
- Good understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Understanding of employer branding and talent attraction best practices.
- Experience supporting employer branding, recruitment marketing, or employee engagement initiatives is highly preferred.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, HR systems, and modern recruitment tools is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.
- Experience working in a remote and international environment is a plus.
- Experience supporting eCommerce, operations, marketing, or digital teams is preferred.
