Mission Context

In the context of IT infrastructure modernization, we are looking for a Database Platform Engineer to design, automate and operate a modern database platform (PostgreSQL / SQL Server). The role combines operational excellence (run, reliability) and platform approach (automation, standardization, self-service) — no data science  

Key Responsibilities

• Exploitation and optimization of PostgreSQL / SQL Server databases (performance, tuning, incidents)       
  

  
  

• Participation in on-call rotation       
  

  
  

• Implementation of DRP / backup mechanisms and restore testing       
  

  
  

• Automation of deployments and operations (Ansible, Terraform, scripting)      
  

  
  

• Implementation of monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)    
  

  
  

• Contribution to the DB platform (standards, industrialization, continuous improvement)       
  

  
  

• Close collaboration with the development, infrastructure and security teams
