Role Purpose/Accountabilities

To provide exposure and training to interns interested to obtain a thorough understanding in Information Technology in upstream Oil & Gas industry. Job scope includes:

1. End-User Support & Troubleshooting - Provide first-level support in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for end-user devices and systems.

2. Systems & Network Support - Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT systems and network infrastructure to ensure stability, availability, and security.

3. IT Asset & Inventory Management - Support the tracking, tagging, and maintenance of IT assets and inventory records in accordance with company policies.

4. Documentation & Knowledge Management - Develop and maintain SOPs and troubleshooting guides to support knowledge sharing and audit compliance.

5. Digital Transformation Exposure - Gain exposure to emerging digital technologies and support IT initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications: 

1. Malaysian national

2. Currently pursing a Degree in
