As the Go Kart and Games Manager at Kandima Maldives, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our recreational activities, including the Go Kart track and K’Club, consisting of a bowling alley, arcade games, escape rooms, karaoke and VR arena. Your primary goal will be to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all guests, while also managing a team of dedicated staff members.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Go Kart track and K’Club, consisting of a bowling alley, arcade games, escape rooms, karaoke and VR arena.

Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, serviced, and in safe working condition, in collaboration with the Director of Engineering (DOE).

Carry out day-to-day maintenance of karts and track to uphold safety standards and guest satisfaction.

Oversee the setup and breakdown of facilities, ensuring they are clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Drive revenue by achieving budgeted capture ratio and spend per guest through strategic pricing, promotions, and upselling techniques.

Promote upselling by offering packages and combos, and creating exciting events and promotions to enhance the guest experience.

Work closely with the Sales team to ensure proper scheduling and planning for events and package inclusions.

Collaborate with the Marketing Director to lead the on-site and off-site marketing of both Go Kart and K’ Club activities.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and engage guests, including digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and partnerships with local businesses.

Take an active part in the recruitment and retention of staff in collaboration with the Human Resources Department.

Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth.

Maximize daily sales and effectively manage costs, including labour, supplies, and inventory.

Maintain accurate records of revenue, expenses, and inventory levels, and analyze financial performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Oversee and maintain inventory of all assets, including game tokens, tickets, prizes, and equipment.
