Main Duties:

• Coordinate daily picking tasks and assign picklists to the warehouse team
• Support inventory control through physical stock counts, returns, and damage tracking
• Supervise loading operations to guarantee accuracy and maintain quality standards
• Perform quality control checks on incoming stock and manage compliance paperwork
• Assist the Logistics Executive with routing and daily delivery schedules
• Track deliveries, resolve drop failures, and update customers on order status
• Maintain precise warehouse logs, performance reports, and ISO quality records
• Complete Warehouse Management System (WMS) updates and general admin tasks
• Enforce company policies, workplace safety standards, and cleaning protocols
• Deliver daily status reports and contribute to continuous process improvements

What skills do you need?

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution operations preferred
• Proficient in standard office and warehouse management systems
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
