Digitalisation Manager

The Program Digital Execution Manager is a member of the Program Management Team and is accountable for the digital execution and project information management work processes, Ways of Working, staffing and consistency in execution across the two projects. The Program Digital Execution Manager also ensures that the customer digital execution and project information management scope criteria are met by all project functions.

Knowledge / Experience / Competencies Required

Job Specific Knowledge:

• Has a strong understanding of cross-discipline work, interfaces, and sequencing. Well versed in project setup, instituting work processes, monitoring a team, execution, and closeout. Skilled in estimating project costs and writing proposal content.Adept at budgeting and cost control.
• Typically has 15+ years of relevant discipline experience and 5+ years in project leadership.Ability to operate under minimal supervision
• Trained in leadership and project execution.
• Experience in project management, risk management, quality, procurement, or construction execution.

People Skills:

• Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety. 

• Flexible / able to comply / adapt to construction site requirements
