The Role of Engineer Assistant Manager:

We currently have an opportunity for an Engineer Assistant Manager to join our Four Seasons Hotel RabatKasrAl Bahr team in Morocco!

This role reports to the Director of Engineering and will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the hotel, building maintenance andlandscaping;including electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating/cooling, painting, carpentry, structural, recycling, ground care, parking areas, outsourced gardening team, fire, and safety. Additionally, you willbe responsible forensuring that all inquiries are responded to in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to deliver thehighest ofstandards consistently and to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and employees.

Responsibilities will include talent leadership and development,ensuringexecution and follow up of work, preparing requisitions for purchase and work orders, evaluating meter readings and consumption, and supporting the Safety Committee and the energy conservation program.

Our Ideal Engineer Assistant Manager candidate will have:

Leadership experience in a hotel/resort environmentand havetechnical knowledge of general building maintenance and environmental standards. Project management experience would be a great asset.

Along with being strategic, analytical, and having solid business acumen, you will naturally also be a charismatic, nurturing, and inspiring leader with a strong passion forpeoplewelfare and development. You will be the Cultural Advocate of the GoldenRule;creating great workplaces for all great people to deliver great experiences. 

Fluency in French, Arabic and English isa mustfor this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
